What is the difference between an “Express Wash” and a “Full Service”
An Express Wash is our 4 minute Exterior Only car wash. Full Service is an exterior and interior service where we clean the inside of your vehicle also. How long does an Express Wash take?

What is the safest way to wash my car?
Hand washing or 100% soft cloth washing at The Water Tunnel Car Wash?

How often should I wash my car?
We advise our customers to wash their vehicles any time they are dirty. Dirt will speed up the deterioration of the paint due to many pollutants in road soil. We also recommend that insect residue, bird droppings, tree sap and egg residue be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to the paint.
Can washing harm my paint?
No. Washing frequently protects against the damaging effects of weather and harmful UV rays.
Can I wash my convertible?
Yes. In fact, we recommend our triple shine foaming conditioner for convertibles to help condition and maintain the cloth and vinyl.
How do I get the most value by using The Water Tunnel Car Wash?

Yes, you would just pay the difference on the upgraded wash package with a 20% discount.
Can I use my Unlimited Wash Club pass to wash my other vehicles?
No, sorry. The Unlimited Wash Club is valid only on the registered vehicle it was purchased under.
Can I transfer my Unlimited Wash Club pass?
Yes, we allow a transfer once per year.
Can I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club?
Yes, simply by emailing The Water Tunnel Car Wash a written request. While there is no charge to cancel your membership, remaining days will not be credited to your account.
What are Water Tunnel Wash Cards?
The Water Tunnel Car Wash offers their customers the convenience of a wash card system. A Water Tunnel Wash Card is a rechargeable stored value card that you may purchase here on our website or in person at The Water Tunnel Café. Please view our Wash Card header to find out more.

Is tunnel washing safe?
Yes, so long as your vehicle does not present with any prior damage. We will not be held responsible for loose moulding’s, paint chips &/or defects, aftermarket accessories such as bug shield’s, power antenna’s that don’t lower, cracked windshield’s or license plates not fitted properly without protective number plate covers.
